Right in the city center with everything you need just outside. Very friendly staff, very big beds where 2 people can fit even. I loved the schedule of activities with movie nights, family dinners, yoga classes and the availability of massage. The pool was also amazing and the whole place is very great looking.

The room was so pretty and comfortable, the bed was soooo nice and the bathroom was goergeous with both a bath and a shower. Staff was so personal and nice and the spa was amazing!! Not a single complaint. <3

The hotel is really beautiful and what makes it even better is the exceptional staff that I would like to thank once again! The pool is amazing and offers breathtaking view of the rainforest.(there is an issue here though that I will explain later) Rooms are large,clean and very nice decorated.There was a humidity smell in the room but it didn’t really bother me.I understand it’s a tropical place.You will also see insects on the balcony but that didn’t bother me either.After all you are in the middle of a rainforest. Breakfast was basic but good.Perhaps they could add a few more options to the menu. Cocktails and food at the pool bar were also very good.The portion of the pasta could have been a bit bigger though. There is free shuttle to ubud center few times per day but you can also use taxi service anytime. The hotel also organizes day tours which I did and really enjoyed.

First of all, we are honored to know that we were the 2nd guest from Japan since they opened the hotel in April last year. Every staff was lovely, kind and attentive. I hope they keep up the good service in the future too. Choice of breakfast was a lot and that was good. Also they did a survey to write down about the stay on the 2nd morning, they fixed the equipment right away which was broken and we appreciated it. Thank you so much!

Oh my god, this resort was the best stay I ever had in bali! The surrounding was comfort and relaxing. After staff bring you to your room they will explain facilities inside your room one by one! Never have this experience before. I think I will stay here again if I visit to BALI again! Hotel room was clean, and also breakfast provide was good.

The facility was great. It was right in the middle of nature and there was a perfect atmosphere. The employees were very helpful and kind.
