The staff is welcoming and the food from the restaurant was pretty good. The beach is 5 min away by walk. Airport also easy to reach by car from here. I would come back.

We were 2 families of 8 staying in the largest villa out 5 villas. We stayed in 5 different accommodations during our travels around Bali and Lombok and this was our favourite, despite not being the most expensive. It was in an excellent location in the centre of Ubud but felt tucked away and quiet. The villa was immaculately well looked after and the staff were friendly and helpful. We highly recommend these villas for a stay in Ubud.

What a great place to stay! This was our favourite accommodation during our 3 week holiday. The rooms are so comfy. The bathroom was great and the terrace was just amazing with the view, the sunbeds and the direct access to the swimming pool. The food and drinks at the restaurant were a 10/10. The staff is so helpful, funny, always smiling. We felt so welcome here. And the architecture and decoration of this resort is just chef's kiss!

I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, and NOVI went above and beyond to help with any requests. The guidelines provided were clear, making everything straightforward. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices. The accommodations had a pleasant fragrance, the bed was exceptionally clean, the air conditioning worked well. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at this hotel, which boasts an excellent location, although it can be somewhat challenging to locate within the narrow streets. The hotel itself is aesthetically pleasing, with beautifully maintained facilities. My room was spacious, immaculate, and well-organized.
The staff members were exceptionally courteous and always ready to assist with any requests or inquiries.
My overall experience was positive, thanks to the comfort of the accommodations and the outstanding service provided by the hotel staff.

One of the best accommodations we had in Indonesia. The room is extremely clean and well kept with housekeeping everyday, the view from the porch is pristine, amazing palm trees 🌴 exactly in front of your door. The staff was really helpful and friendly throughout our stay. They also have a restaurant on the property with amazing food and good prices. Would definitely recommend it. ✨

Very budget friendly guest house with daily cleaning! I booked 4 nights and they put 4 big towels+2 hand towels in the room, which was very helpful (other accommodations I stayed at provided 1 towel and changed it every 2 days) They refill your water with mineral water and there’s an electric kettle and tea cup so you can make yourself tea at your convenience :)

Comfortable simple accomodation in great location tucked back from the street, we stayed in the king room upstairs and would recommend this over the standard double downstairs room which is more basic. Aircon worked well and so did the fan. Staff were very friendly and accomodating when I had to move accommodations late at night. Breakfast was also delicious, served upon request from 7:30-10am.
