Batam Marriott Hotel Harbour Bay features a fitness centre, a garden and a sun terrace with swimming pool and buffet breakfast in Nagoya. It was very comfortable. Food was great. Most importantly, the staff was so lovely. All were friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were well cared for. I wish I could name them all, but to name a few: Vanessa, Violina, Jennifer, Adhit, Friska and Rejal.

We came as a group of 7adults and 2children. There are 2 toilets and the facilities are good. Owner very friendly and easy to deal with.
