If you are travelling in Indonesia, you have to understand that the definition of clean might be different from the west. It‘s not surprising if an expensive accommodation might not be fully cleaned. However in our opinion this hotel is flawless. Dear buminakura, please raise the salary of an old man who takes care of cars in parking area and also does the receptionist job at the same time. He also took care of our belongings very well. He did a good job.

The owners and staff were very helpful and went out of their way to assist us with recommendations of places to eat and local knowledge of things to do and places to visit.
