Elizabeth was a great host; she provided a home-cooked breakfast with locally sourced ingredients from Monaghan, which was fantastic. The rooms were cute and cozy. The bathroom was large, and the shower was very friendly, with excellent water pressure. This was our first overnight stay in Ireland in a commercial, non-hotel environment. We didn't know what to expect from the B&B experience, and overall, it was great. Our host was very knowledgeable of things to do and places to stay in the other cities of Ireland we were traveling to.

Disponibilizando um jardim e vista da cidade, Grove Lodge B&B encontra-se em Monaghan, a 32 km de Centro Cultural Maudabawn e 42 km de Ballyhaise College. I had a fantastic stay at Grove B&B. Paula, the host, was super friendly and welcoming. The place was spotless, and I was impressed with how clean everything was. The bed and pillows were so comfy. I honestly haven’t slept that well in ages. I have trouble sleeping so a good bed, pillow, and ambiance is very important to me. The bathroom was spotless, really clean, and well-organized, which made it easy to get ready in the morning. I also had an amazing view from my room, which added to the peaceful vibe of the place. Breakfast was great too. There was a lot to choose from. Sausage, bacon, eggs, plus cereals, butter, jam, milk, and coffee. Everything was fresh and delicious. Paula also let me keep my luggage at the B&B for a few extra hours, which was really helpful. The place is super quiet and calm, with no noise at all. It’s the perfect spot to relax. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

We have been treated like family. We traveled with our 5 months old boy and everything was ready for accomodate him as well as for taking care of all his needs. The breakfast was prepared with cure and love making us just feeling home. Lastly we forgot our watch and it was mail us back the day after, an incredible kind gesture

Com um restaurante, o Riverbank, Country Pub and Guesthouse está localizado na zona rural, a 10 minutos de carro de Carrickmacross. We love the Riverbank, have been going for a few years and never been disappointed. A nice quiet getaway with great food and lovely staff.
