Jacob and his family are great hosts. We were welcomed from the first second we entered till we left. The place is quiet and (although with a bit of a climb) is minutes from the central square of the old town. And as our visit was just before the holiday, the place was fully decorated for Christmas. We will not hesitate to come back.

The Taj Akko easily accessible in the old city and a short walk from everything. Our room in the old stone hotel was nicely decorated with old tiles on the floor, a large comfortable bed, colorful pillows on a bench and stone walls and ceiling. The owners left fresh fruit, coffee and chocolate for us as well as bottles of cold water in the refrigerator. The hotel is a short walk from the free public parking area. We couldn't find a spot, so we parked a bit farther away. The owner paid our parking. We would certainly stay there again.
