The staff is absolutely amazing. My luggage went missing flying in to Delhi from Dharamshala. I was trying to get it to the hotel before departing for Europe the next (very early 3 am) morning. With no luck until the hotel helped me and got it to my room an hour before leaving for the airport again! Fantastic! I ’m so grateful. The massage is very good and the food! I especially enjoyed the chicken tikka kebab! And I love the colonial style bar!
