The rooms are really hygienic and no sound from outside enters the room much too. If you want to stay in a place with good service and less cost, this is the perfect place for you.

Suman and Ankit are running the show with utmost focus on making the guests feel comfortable. They helped us a lot in getting to places, guiding with great breakfast place and what not. I had a wonderful stay at Niyati Home Stay. The father and his two sons were incredibly hospitable, and I felt very well taken care of. The room had everything I needed, including a hot shower. The property itself is a beautifully maintained garden where you can relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere in the mornings and evenings. I’d also like to point out that you should definitely follow the hosts’ recommendation and have breakfast at the place across the street — it was absolutely delicious! I want to express my heartfelt thanks to the family as well. I had the problem that no ATM in Gokarna accepted my debit card, and the two sons supported me so kindly in finding a way to get cash. Thank you so much for your help! I would be very happy to return anytime.
