The location is fantastic. Easy walking distance to any attractions and food in the area, and it's on a quiet tree lined street. The room itself is simple but comfortable. And most of all I appreciated the hosts friendly and helpful attitude!

From the moment I arrived I was made to feel so welcome. Staff were so friendly and helpful,.nothing was too much trouble. The hostel is so clean and well managed and the design was stunning. I can't fault anything at all. It's cheap and a great location.. nothing like anywhere else I've stated in South India and a very welcomed retreat.

We loved the stay!

La Maison Radha is gelegen op 17 minuten lopen van Promenade Beach, en biedt accommodatie met een tuin, een terras en een gedeelde keuken. Er is gratis WiFi. Staying in La Maison Radha was an absolute pleasure. Ravi was very responsive even before I arrived and helped me out with the logistics to reach the house. I had the Elephant room and it was fabulous, colorful and fun. There is space to move aound (and even to practice yoga) and the place is well equipped with a kitchen where you can cook, a fridge if you need storage and you can use all he common spaces which are really nice. I had to leave really late my last day, and they extended my checkout by paying half day. The terrace if beautiful and the situation of the house is ideal to explore Pondy, as it's right in the center. There are plenty of restaurants, shops, public transport and everything you may need. They provide you with a very comprehensive map with suggestions (very good ones!) and they take care of you 100%. I absolutely loved everything about it!

Mel Ville ligt in Puducherry, op minder dan 1 km van Sri Aurobindo Ashram en 11 minuten lopen van Manakula Vinayagar Temple. De accommodatie biedt gratis WiFi, airconditioning, een tuin en een terras.... Anup en Mehak waren erg behulpzaam met goede informatie. Bijvoorbeeld betrouwbare riksha, vervoer taxi en toeristinfo. En een deskundige en vriendelijke masseuse en maseur in ons eigen appartement. Alle drie voor een redelijke prijs. We kregen een heerlijk ontbijt van Mehak rekening houdend met onze voorkeuren voor het eten. Ook een goede tip om naar de gastrobar Mel Whisk van hun kinderen te gaan: lekker eten op een dakterras en live dj op zaterdagavond. Ons appartement was luxe en comfortabel. We hadden er graag langer willen blijven.

La Villa ligt op 500 meter van Sri Aurobindo Ashram, op 1 km van de populaire Goubert Markt en op 1,5 km van Pondicherry treinstation. We had three lovely days at La Villa.
