The Nettle and Fern Farmstay mempunyai taman, ruang tamu berkongsi, teres dan restoran di Pelling. The hotel/farmstay is the best stay option in Pelling. We were more than satisfied with the stay. The property is stunning, very well kept, staff is hospitable and very helpful, rooms are impeccable, and the best part - stunning views of the Kanchenjunga Range. The hotel is a couple away from main Pelling bazar, which was perfect for us, as we wanted to get away from the bustle. Yet it is not too far away. The hotel connected us with a car and driver that picked us up from the Bagdogra airport and showed us around Pelling for the next few days. The food at the hotel restaurant is also very good, with a reasonable number of options available. Breakfast was great (the menu changed everyday during our stay) with delicious homemade cake :). Couldn't have found a better accomodation for our holiday.

The Di-Lac Retreat is situated in Gangtok and features a terrace. Among the various facilities are a shared lounge and a restaurant. Both free WiFi and private parking are available on site. Alisa and her small team at Di-Lac made our stay just perfect. Delicious breakfasts and dinners were served with helpful hints and tips for our visit to the area. She kindly organised taxis and excursions for us which we were so grateful for. Thank you so much! The hotel itself is a few kilometres above Gangtok. We stayed in one of the rooms with a balcony which I thoroughly recommend. Waking up to a fantastic view where the clouds kissed the mountains below really shouldn’t be missed. If you want to be surrounded by the hustle and bustle of MG Marg don’t stay here but if you want peace and quiet, fabulous views and the beautiful sound of birdsong, look no further.

I am sure because its recently opened. Met the host Hersh there. Such a good vibe he is. Happy to have good travel experience after long time. Must recommended for travellers and backpackers.

Amazing hosts, amazing tea, amazing atmosphere and views, great & clean room, very cute (and protective of the guesthouse in the night: bring earplugs!) dogs and cuddly cats 😀 The guesthouse is located under lower Peiling, so make sure your shared taxi drops you off near the road down (and not in Peiling center). During your styay the hosts will explain the shortcut to the road. Oh, and they make a great cappuccino or flat whites!!!
