From the moment I checked in, Mainak was warm, helpful and most importantly humble and Chill . Haven’t meet someone like this . He went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and even upgraded me to one of the highest room categories — a gesture I truly appreciated. The room (6055) was spacious, spotless, and exceptionally comfortable, with all the amenities also with the view of Lake will be there in my mind. Thanks to him, my stay was not only comfortable but also memorable. He is a real asset to the hotel, and I hope his dedication gets recognized. I highly recommend this hotel — and if you’re lucky enough to be assisted by Mainak, you’re in excellent hands!

There’s a supermarket right next door and several local restaurants nearby. Getting an Uber or auto was easy due to its convenient location. The staff was very friendly, and both check-in and check-out were smooth. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, with air conditioning and hot water available.
