The room was perfect, beautiful and clean spacious room with nice bathroom. Beds we’re comfortable and we had a great night sleep. It was in a great location, just a few mins walk to the Sassi and centre of town. Federica was delightful and easy to communicate with, also offering up some great suggestions for us to do and where to eat! She also served up a delish breakfast spread and a great coffee! Thank you for having us, we highly recommend staying at La Lupa!

We stayed one night at the property. From the balcony there is a great view of the amazing Matera. Close to the most important attractions of the city, you are in the very center and everything is easily accessible. It's not that hard to find with google maps.

This is a fabulous cave hotel!!! Our room was incredible with a fabulous jacuzzi. You cannot beat the location. We looked at numerous cave hotels and decided with this one. It was just perfect! We highly recommend it.

The staff was very friendly and professional and available to answer questions and give more information about the city. The room is very cute and clean and the terrace is perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The private bathroom is right across from the room and is spacious and well equipped.
