The apartment was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed for a short stay. We felt right at home. The towels, bed linen, bed in the bedroom and sofa were of the highest standard - very clean and comfortable. Comfortable, spacious and the decor was very tasteful. Everything was available - from toiletries to coffee and snacks. The location is very good, close to supermarkets, pharmacies, the main train station and the bus station! The communication throughout our stay was excellent. In addition, the owner gave us the opportunity to leave our luggage until late in the day. We highly recommend it and would definitely be happy to come back again!

Wonderful to have a real person on reception instead of a lockbox key and a sheet of instructions. Easy access, and perfect location beside the morning fruit and vegetable market and all the attractions. Comfortable bed and pillows, hotel quality sheets and towels, very decent room compared to a number of recent places we have stayed. The exterior of the building belies that lovely decor within. Recommended.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable on an excellent location. The host was very nice, sending us all the necessary information upon arrival (instructions where to come, where to park, where to eat, what to see etc). Breakfast was served in a patisserie bar near by (very nice coffee, tasty croissant and pleasant people). They also had Lavazza coffee in the apartment which was great.

The location was perfect within the old town close to some of the best view points while being close to new Matera with shops and restaurants. Very convenient parking space 100 metres from the property outside the ZTL zone. Negligible stairs so was easy with luggage. The breakfast was good and the staff was very helpful
