Professional and extremely friendly staff

Breakfast was excellent. Great variety. Great position Staff were wonderful ( special mention to Simon & Carli who went out of their way to ensure that we were able to go where we wanted, best way to get there & what to see)

Very unique place to stay, it’s comfortable and spacious room with bathroom and all necessary facilities. The room was cery quiet, I could not hear the neighbors. The breakfast has not so many options, but is very tasty, fully recommend! Also the lunch/dinner menu is good. The staff is really friendly and helpful.

Everything was ok. It was fairly expensive for what it is. Just not special. New and clean but without character. Ideal if visiting hospital.

Everything okey, near to the old town. To noisy in the night because is't place where young people meet in the evening, but the windows are great, when you don't open it, you can sleep quiet well. Nice hotel, air conditioning, good breakfast down in cafeteria.

Good location, short walk to the centre. Small very clean en suite in apartment, with excellent large roof top terrace with views towards the city centre, great to drink an aperatif end of the day. Giorgio the owner was very responsive and kept in touch via WhatsApp to ensure all well. Local area felt safe and secure, also for parking car.

A fantastic hotel that I have used for many years. A great location with easy walking access to the historic centre. The staff are excellent.

Everything is excellent. The reception desk team is very pleasant and helpful, as well as breakfast team and cleaning ladies. Breakfast is excellent, with a variety of food: grilled, fresh, and marinated veggies, scrambled eggs, quish, cold cuts , cheese, fresh fruits:apples,watermelon,,oranges,pineapples, varies drinks: water flat and bubbly, coffee and served to the table tasty csppuci ! Service is great and very pleasant. Thank you, teams !! Mind though that the property is older and hallways carpet has to be changed. Rooms are pleasant, panelledfloor, interior is stylish and bed mattrace is firm ! Space in closet is good,safe works well, windows are tall, new and fresh air can be let in ! Good space size. We recommend Grand Hotel to everyone ! Perfectly located, steps to the railway station, Castromediano Museum is very close and a must to visit!!, Old Town just 4 min ,and not far to bus terminal (8 min by taxi= 13 euro) to Matera via Taranto,Rome, Napoli...

It was so clean and modern but Quirky! Roderiques and Daniella were so nice and helpful! Was nit expecting the place to be as nice!! The breakfast was 5star and in a lovely cute vaulted ceiling room! Pastries unbelievable!

Breakfast good. Location on edge of old town an easy taxi ride to town. Also handy for Zona Commerciale. Dinners in restaurant excellent.

The apartment was lovely and perfectly located with a balcony on the main square in the Centro Storico, but there was no excess noise and we slept well! Great views - currently excavating Roman ruins in one area which was interesting. Nico, the host, couldn't have been nicer, being very helpful and friendly at check-in and throughout our stay, with some excellent local recommendations.
