The accommodation features room service, a business centre and luggage storage for guests. They kindly let us park our motorcycle around the side of the hotel, which was covered by CCTV. Breakfast was great, a large selection. Nothing was to much trouble and although we didn't use it, the roof top pool looked lovely.

It is set 1.3 km from Ferrara Train Station and offers a lift. The guest house has family rooms and facilities for disabled guests. This was my first experience with a room with a shared bathroom (well, if you don’t count living in a student dormitory 15 years ago), so I was quite pessimistic about such an option. In fact, the entire hotel is absolutely new and perfectly clean. There are only 7 rooms in the hotel, two bathrooms. The bathrooms are very warm, everything is perfectly clean, there is shampoo in individual packets. Contactless check-in through the web page did not work for me, but the host opened the door remotely when I called him on WhatsApp. The host speaks English. The location is right in the city center, we arrived in the city late but felt completely safe. Ferrara is a very charming town, there are no crowds of marginalized people on the streets as in some other places. This is a very good option for the price (45 euros), I recommend.

The property has city and inner courtyard views, and is 40 km from Unipol Arena. The guest house features family rooms. Easy location, clean place and a nice place to take a break while you're traveling.The staff is nice and friendly.

Guests can have a drink at the bar. Every thing about the Hotel was far above our expectations. We were only staying for the one night and it was ideal for us be based there and a short drive into the centre of town where we experienced the atmosphere which was very vibrant on a Sunday afternoon. We may now come back for a longer stay next time.

With a shared lounge, the 2-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. The property is non-smoking and is situated 800 metres from Fiabilandia. Great breakfast with plenty of protein foods and many hours open. The blood orange juice was a tremendous treat. Un Kindest staff made me feel as if I was making friends, not just staying in a b&b. The hotel is a long block off the beach, and quiet. You do get chaise/umbrella on beach, but i was too busy looking at castles, roman ruins, city museum, and a 16th century library collection to swim or sun with the crowds. Also had the best gelato in town I've had in 5 weeks in Italy. The metro stop is an easy 5- block walk. Got off the locale train from Pesaro about as near. Immediately liked the town for the quality of the graffiti, which is a strong hint about safety in Italy, I have found. Loved that A/C had a dehumidify setting. I don't need it cold, just less muggy than the 70% it was the week i visited. Such good value! If I come back (and I've fallen in love with the Adriatic, so probably will) , I'll stay again. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. The hotel in a very well kept old building, in a quiet old street and round the corner from the main attractions. We were warmly welcomed, the room was very clean and comfortable. Would definetely recommend and return myself!

And the on-site restaurant serves delicious locally produced food. What more could a person ask for!
