We had a wonderful stay, the place and host were amazing! The villa and rooms are beautiful and clean, breakfast was made to our order and our dietary needs taken into consideration. The room was spacious and equipped with everything you could need. I must emphasize how highly I rate the host, Massimo. He was always ready to help, with his responses being practically immediate. Moreover, after each room cleaning (upon request), the host would restock the fridge with complimentary beverages, as well as tea, coffee sachets, and sweets. The apartment's location was just near the city center, in a quiet part of town, yet well-connected by buses. I am very satisfied with my stay at this place and would gladly return.

Very well equipped apartment in a quiet neighborhood of Modena. Offers everything you may need when traveling with family and you most importantly need practical accommodation. The modern but very elegant bathroom is a really nice touch. In our specific case, we also really appreciated well functioning air conditioning, as the weekend we spent in the area was very hot. But most of all, we have to appreciate the owners and their welcoming and positive attitude. Initially we were not sure if we'll make it within the check in window due to a very long car drive. We stayed in touch with the owners on the day of our arrival and had a great safety net, should our drive get longer than expected. And, after checkout, when we discovered that one of our kids left some of their toys in the apartment, we were able to arrange a way how to get them a week later when we passed through Modena again. I have never seen such flexibility and need to extend my warmest thanks to Janeth.
