This was a lovely hotel. I'm a bit of a clean freak and this met my usually unreasonably high hygiene standards. I highly recommend this hotel! The staff were really friendly the gentleman behind the reception desk was very welcoming on my arrival. I stumbled on this hotel by accident. I was driving to Milan, and I became too tired to continue driving. I chose this hotel purely based on the location of where I was - it was a great find!

The breakfast was great! The overall cleanliness of the hotel is 10/10, and the over all modern design of the hotel relaxes you. One of a kind for sure.

THE BREAKFAST IS VERY GOOD! MAYBE THERE IS SPACE FOR IMPROVEMENT WITH MORE LOCAL TASTES ! The employees are very polite with very good knowledge of English Language

We stayed one night in a family room with two teenagers. The beds were very comfortable. We really appreciated the high level of cleanliness in the hotel. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was a bit different from typical hotels, as it was not self-service. Instead, we could choose from the bakery/café located in the same building. We enjoyed the breakfast and had the chance to try some local products as well. Definitely a place to recommend.

An absolutely Devine family run B&B. If you value host generosity, coupled with exceptional knowledge and a passion for sharing, then this is a must stay for you. Paolo & Titti genuinely could not have been better hosts or more prepared to go the extra mile to ensure you are comfortable and prepared for some incredible experiences. Some more than money can buy. (Ask about The Balsamic Vinegar tour at Sandra’s place)

Special breakfast and Roberto was very engaging and made us feel special.

The location is very nice and we enjoyed the free parking. The mattresses were very comfortable and the temperature in the room perfect even with a newborn baby 🍼 ,

I loved this property! The location is ideal and loved that the room was spacious and equipped with a sink and refrigerator too. The reception manager was very nice and even walked me to a local restaurant for lunch. I would definitely stay here again.

Building with history, it has garden!

Marco is very friendly and welcoming. Deviate from my arriving time estimation but luckily he waited a little longer for us but even he can not wait, he try to communicate for the neccesary information for checkin purpose. The room is spacious and we like his kind of firm bed. location close to city centre also. And car parking is a plus

It is right in the heart of the city with a cafe bar for light breakfast just 20 metres away.

Cannot rate this apartment highly enough. Very well decorated, clean and cleaned every day we were there. Quirky, spacious, very very well equipped, comfortable abd outside terrace space. All in all perfect for our stay Matteo also booked our first night restaurant and recommended others too

Lovely apartment close to everything

Lovely apartment in downtown Modena, located very conveniently for exploring the city. We spend a few days walking, visiting restaurants, cafes and bars and just taking in the atmosphere. The apartment is nicely decorated with all necessary conveniences and has a very local vibe. The host was very helpful and friendly as well. Highly recommended!
