The house is beautiful, immaculate, clean and modernised (with taste and character). Its not far from the centre of Modena, but its green and pretty - especially the well kept garden. We used it as a base to drive to Modena, Bologna and Parma, all very easy. The host was welcoming, helpful and recommended some great local restaurants. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Our room was huge, with a delightful morning view, bathroom was exceptional, as were our friends room next door. We would recommend and intend to return.

First of all the room we had is very clean and spacious, even the bathroom is big. In and out of room was easy, just make sure you have your phone. The room came with ample amenities and the drinks from the mini fridge and snacks were all included. The area is quiet so we can have restful nights. A nice 10mins walk to central area and one of the best gelato nearby the apartment . The best part is the host, Mr Massimo, who is super kind and generous. He is responsive anytime of the day with any questions asked. We were allowed to check in early and he even went the extra mile to drive us to Maranello and back! We had enjoyed our stay so much!

Francescas son welcomed us at the parking lot and guided us to the house and gave some really helpful hints. The room was really nice and located in the Center of Modena with a lot of restaurant options close by. Francesca was always reachable if there were any questions.

Very well equipped apartment in a quiet neighborhood of Modena. Offers everything you may need when traveling with family and you most importantly need practical accommodation. The modern but very elegant bathroom is a really nice touch. In our specific case, we also really appreciated well functioning air conditioning, as the weekend we spent in the area was very hot. But most of all, we have to appreciate the owners and their welcoming and positive attitude. Initially we were not sure if we'll make it within the check in window due to a very long car drive. We stayed in touch with the owners on the day of our arrival and had a great safety net, should our drive get longer than expected. And, after checkout, when we discovered that one of our kids left some of their toys in the apartment, we were able to arrange a way how to get them a week later when we passed through Modena again. I have never seen such flexibility and need to extend my warmest thanks to Janeth.

Big apartment, very clean, right in the centre (quite close to the Duomo). Guiseppe and his wife are very nice and helpful (the air conditioner didn't work when I arrived and they had it mended very quickly). The street may be a bit noisy at night but that's not a big problem. Highly recommended!
