Paolo and his family are excellent!!! They take care about all the details and recommendations about transport time and contact with Cooking Class!!! The house is very nice!!!

Roberto is an excellent host and at every opportunity he exceeded our expectations. For example I mentioned that I would like fruit and yogurt for breakfast, so he provided a selection of fruits and yogurt. When I mentioned that I would like plain rather than flavoured yogurt he provided 2 different options of plain!! The house is stunning and the garden beautiful. It’s quiet and peaceful.

Wonderful place to stay. Quiet area. Staff were great. Breakfast was good. The room was spacious and so was the bathroom. Easy to get to from train station (1 bus ride). Nothing bad to say about the place. The young lady upon arrival very nice and helpful!!

We rented a room that is called an apartment meaning there was one bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. The apartment was spacious, modern and very comfortable. The breakfast was great. There is an option to use laundry facilities for a small fee which is great too. Welcome drink was nice as well as staff who were great. Especially would like to praise a reception Giulia!!! She went out of her way for us. Thank you. Before used to stay for the same price in other hotel and cannot even say enough how much better this was. Great thing was also how close the train station is. Will book again.

Why only two stars? :) I’ve stayed a couple times already here. The hotel isn‘t so central, but it has super nice personal, everything is clean and works, good breakfast, bar and restaurant are in the building. The location is calm, however you’ll find all the necessary facilities within 5min walk.

Excellent service as the owner offered to drive us to one of our destinations knowing that we're a family without car and got luggages.

It is right in the heart of the city with a cafe bar for light breakfast just 20 metres away.

Cannot rate this apartment highly enough. Very well decorated, clean and cleaned every day we were there. Quirky, spacious, very very well equipped, comfortable abd outside terrace space. All in all perfect for our stay Matteo also booked our first night restaurant and recommended others too

Perfect property - great views

Our room was perfect, just what we needed for 3 nights. Very comfortable beds & spotless. The location is really the best & and close to everything. Massimo was outstanding. His attention to detail was next level. His recommendations for local restaurants & things to do was brilliant and he made us feel at home. We drove there & he arranged a disk for us to display in the car so we could park in the town. Thank you Massimo, we will definitely come and stay with you again when we are in Modena

Nice modern apartment in Modena old town. Cosy and quiet. Parking nearby on public street for free with a card from the host.

The flat is situated in the center of Modena, very close to Osteria Francescana (you can meet Massimo on the streets just getting out for an espresso), you can park in front of the entrance with the ZTL pass offered by the lovely guest Anastasia (free blue line ticket offered also if no parking spots available in the ZTL), elevator available (great for luggage and tired feet), the kitchen is very well equiped, overall it was a grest choice, will get back for sure. Thanks Anastasia for your support and meeting us on our arrival🙏

Lovely apartment in downtown Modena, located very conveniently for exploring the city. We spend a few days walking, visiting restaurants, cafes and bars and just taking in the atmosphere. The apartment is nicely decorated with all necessary conveniences and has a very local vibe. The host was very helpful and friendly as well. Highly recommended!
