Gorgeous, well renovated, authentic hotel! We have booked a room for 3 people, but came as a family of 4. In advance I have asked the hotel staff if it was Ok for them our youngest kid could sleep with us in our double bed? They were positive and let us stay at the hotel. When we arrived, we were quite surprised that the hotel put in extra guest bed for our youngest child, without any charge! Thank you very much for that!

We have spent just one night in the apartment on our way to Lago di Garda but were super satisfied with the accomodation. The place is spacious and extremely comfortable. I really loved the super comfy mattress and a beautiful spacious bathroom. The place has air-conditioning, 3 TVs and a washing machine with the necessay detergents. A free parking on the street is available as well near the building.

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Modena. The location was absolutely amazing—close to everything yet quiet and peaceful. The space was spotless, with a clean and minimalistic design that felt both modern and welcoming. It was very comfortable and had a great ambiance throughout. Francescas son welcomed us at the parking lot and guided us to the house and gave some really helpful hints. The room was really nice and located in the Center of Modena with a lot of restaurant options close by. Francesca was always reachable if there were any questions.

Very well equipped apartment in a quiet neighborhood of Modena. Offers everything you may need when traveling with family and you most importantly need practical accommodation. The modern but very elegant bathroom is a really nice touch. In our specific case, we also really appreciated well functioning air conditioning, as the weekend we spent in the area was very hot. But most of all, we have to appreciate the owners and their welcoming and positive attitude. Initially we were not sure if we'll make it within the check in window due to a very long car drive. We stayed in touch with the owners on the day of our arrival and had a great safety net, should our drive get longer than expected. And, after checkout, when we discovered that one of our kids left some of their toys in the apartment, we were able to arrange a way how to get them a week later when we passed through Modena again. I have never seen such flexibility and need to extend my warmest thanks to Janeth.
