Supermarket 3 minutes walk away. 25min flat walk to Modena rail station. Free street parking right out front. The host was great with communication and happily answered any questions quickly.

everything was excellent as expected and described on the booking.com website. The host provided us with a permit to enter the ZLT zone by car, a public parking lot without payment was also provided. The apartment is extremely interestingly decorated, everything was extremely clean and quiet. Special praise to the hosts. I'm sure we'll see each other again.

I recently stayed at B&B Hotel Modena and was very impressed. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. An added perk was the free parking, which made our stay even more convenient. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a clean, friendly, and convenient place to stay.

Hotel is a walking distance to the city centre (ca. 25 min). There are a lot of free parking spaces outside the hotel. The hotel staff was very nice and friendly. Breakfast was good, it didn't have a huge variety, some basics (ham, cheese, scrambled egg, sausages, pastries, yoghurt), but it's what you pay for. There is a nice pizzeria close to the hotel.

Breakfast was way beyond what we expected. The view from the 8th floor was fantastic. They write free parking nearby but that's an understatement, the parking is directly at the hotel, a big plus after some prior bad experiences.
