We were very pleased with the family home, which was very clean and the pillows were extremely comfortable. Our only problem was the stairs inside the house to the room upstairs, but when we asked, they told us that the door was always locked, and we had no problems. Overall, we were very pleased.

Location and apartment were excellent.

A cozy and clean apartment, it comes with all accessories (kitchen, fridge, walk in shower, hair dryer, iron, coffee machine and capsules, etc etc), no keys needed, electronic pass keys are provided instead, highly recommended.

Absolutely gorgeous apartment in the old town of Modena, its a large apartment with a massive TV and well equipped and furnished, I almost didn't want to leave the apartment it was so comfortable. Host was very responsive and accessing the apartment was a breeze through the app he provides, and he organised the ZTL access very quickly, despite being at work when we booked it last minute. There's enough space to park a small car only, we had a CITROEN hatchback and that was about as big a car that you could fit, but it was perfect for us. Awesome location walking distance to many fantastic restaurants, cafes and the markets.

We are very satisfied with everything: location, size, cleanliness and hospitality overall. It aren't far for the city centre and at the same time it's peaceful and quiet. Apartment has everything you'll ever need for a short stay.

The apartmant is really comfortable and there is a lot of space. It has two big bedrooms and also a balcony. It is located not far from the city center of Modena and you can walk there. The parking spot is near the property. It has kitchen with all the appliances and there is also a washing machine in the bathroom. Beautiful.
