The spacious apartment features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony with garden views. The accommodation is non-smoking. We have spent just one night in the apartment on our way to Lago di Garda but were super satisfied with the accomodation. The place is spacious and extremely comfortable. I really loved the super comfy mattress and a beautiful spacious bathroom. The place has air-conditioning, 3 TVs and a washing machine with the necessay detergents. A free parking on the street is available as well near the building.

This recently renovated bed and breakfast is located 500 metres from MAMbo and less than 1 km from Via dell' Indipendenza. The bed and breakfast has family rooms and facilities for disabled guests. It’s a nice, well-equipped flat on good location. Wifi worked perfectly. Typical Italian beakfast was included and provided by the bar atvthe bottom of the house. Great communication with Sabrina, all went perfectly.

This recently renovated apartment is located 700 metres from MAMbo and 600 metres from Via dell' Indipendenza. When staying at the apartment, guests can use private entrance. We stayed in the Amelia suite. The apartment was perfect size for 2 people. We had a double bed and a sofa, the apartment had literally everything. Very clean and obviously still fresh. Stylish and bright. TVs in the living room and bedroom were big. There was even a small walk-in wardrobe.

The apartment exceeded our expectations and Alessandro was a great host. The apartment is in the centre of town in an old building that has been excellently renovated and looks superb. The parking was only a five minute walk from the apartment and you can drop your luggage at the apartment before parking your car. Dining options are plentiful and only a short walk away.

Francesca was an amazing host, she greeted me on arrival and I was helped to carry my luggage upstairs, she is an amazing host and kindly let me stay until after check-out time until it was time for my train, plus offered me the bicycle rental free of charge to explore the city during my short stay. The room was very comfortable and clean, tastefully decorated, and a nice bottle of prosecco was also there upon arrival. They have a lovely little booklet giving you an idea of the places to visit. The hotel is just a few steps away from the piazza with the Duomo di Modena. Easy 8-10 minute walk from the train station. Would definitely recommend
