Az ingatlan tulajdonosa készségesen rendelkezésünkre állt, rendkívül segítőkész, nagyon barátságos volt. A szállás tiszta, modern, stílusosan berendezett, jól felszerelt, élhető és kényelmes volt. Az egész lakásban finom, kellemes illat volt. Az utcafronti erkélyről a felvonó és a sípálya is látható. A sífelszerelések tárolása az alagsori tárolóban megoldott. A bolt és a Prorel2 sífelvonó nagyon közel található és könnyen megközelíthető. Autóval a társasház mögötti saját parkolóban ingyenesen lehet parkolni.
