I Merli di Ada har en gunstig beliggenhet i sentrum av Siena og har klimaanlegg på rommene i tillegg til gratis WiFi, privat parkering og romservice. Breakfast was delivered to your door with fresh fruit and daily baked bread. A fresh croissant every day and coffee made to your specifications (they asked me over whatsapp in advance what I preferred and what time I wanted it delivered between 8 and 10). The view was outstanding, and they gave me a free upgrade to a larger suite without my asking. Right near the city center (an easy ten minute walk). Pictures are the view from my room. Hard to beat this for the price.

I sentrum av Siena, 4 minutters gange fra Piazza del Campo og 41 kilometer fra Piazza Matteotti, ligger Il giardino di Pantaneto Residenza D'Epoca. Perfekt placering av hotelet med trevlig personal. Fräscht hotell och mysigt att kunna sitta ute i trädgården. Bra kommunikation innan ankomst.

Palazzo Pacini ligger i Colle Val D'Elsa, med Piazza del Campo bare 25 kilometer unna. Kind host. Clean room & comfortable bed. Nice view of Tuscany countryside and safe neighborhood. We absolutely enjoyed everything. Highly recommend !

Certosa di Pontignano Residenza d'Epoca - Place of Charme is offering accommodation in Ponte A Bozzone. The property has a bar, as well as a restaurant serving Italian cuisine. Utrolig autentisk, storslått og sjarmerende tidligere kloster som bare må oppleves. Fantastisk utsikt, vakker park. Stedet gir deg en helt spesielt opplevelse, det er som å gå flere hundre år tilbake i tid. Vi bodde i en treroms leilighet med veldig god plass. Hyggelig restaurant. Bra frokost, hvor vi spiste på den utvendige terrassen med nydelig utsikt.

Offering an outdoor pool and a restaurant, Fattoria di Cinciano is located in Poggibonsi, a 10-minute drive from the centre. Free WiFi access is available in all areas. Frokosten var i en hyggelig restauranten. Kaffien ble laget av hyggelig personale. Maten var veldig god. Mye forskjellige for en hver smak. Både kjøttpålegg, yogurt, diverse oster, gryn og mye hjemmelaget.

Just 40 metres from Siena’s Piazza del Campo, B&B Il Corso is located on the first floor of a 16th-century building. It offers free Wi-Fi and elegant rooms. Beliggenheten i byen var fantastisk. Vi ble tatt imot av en meget hyggelig vertinne. Rommet var rent og innbydende - hadde også en egen liten lufte balkong. Det var både air condition og kjøleskap. Sengetøy og handuker skiftet daglig. Vi hadde tilgang til kaffemadkin, te og varmt/kaldt vann i ei felles stue hele døgnet. Der var det også diverse glass/ kopper/ asjetter etc hvis man trengte. Det var også en liten felles ballkong med bord og stoler. Fikk utdelt bykart ved ankomst, og alle viktige tlf nummer var synlig hengt opp i resepsjonen. Mulighet for en lett frokst ble gitt ved at vi fikk utdelt kuponger til et lite spisested som lå i nabobygget - helt grei frokost. Vi vil virkelig anbefale dette koselige B&B til alle som besøker Siena.

A historic hotel in the heart of Siena, Palazzo Ravizza offers elegant rooms with characteristic 1920s furnishings. This family-run property is just 700 metres from Piazza del Campo. Excellent place, all you need! Elegant, stylish, functional and comfortable, super friendly staff who truly think of their clients (I had to wait for my bus and they had absolutely no issue with checking out right in time, this is truly exceptional), great view from the room, beautiful garden with fantastic view, clean, clean, clean..! What else one would need? I really loved this place. Before moving to this hotel, I was staying in another one with more stars but with much less of everything wanted and was provided by Palazzo Ravizza.

Villa Nottola is a former noble residence in the countryside of Montepulciano, besides the namesake winery. It offers a sun terrace with swimming pool. A Dreamy Tuscan Villa Stay – Highlight of Our Italian Road Trip This villa was the absolute highlight of our Italian road trip. Nestled among cypress-lined pathways, its entrance alone sets the tone for a serene and picturesque escape. Surrounded by its own vineyard and olive orchards, the property offers breathtaking views and a true taste of Tuscany. The restaurant overlooks the sunset, making every dinner a memorable experience. The rooms are spacious, and the bathrooms are generously sized, adding to the comfort of the stay. One of our favourite features was the pool set amidst olive trees—a peaceful spot to relax, read, and watch the kids play. The pool is open from morning to late evening. I was able to swim quite a few laps as well. With fewer rooms than large resorts, the atmosphere is calm, clean, and never overcrowded. The villa produces its own wine and olive oil, and the staff are incredibly polite and courteous. A special mention goes to Giona, who went above and beyond to make our stay special, especially for my husband’s 40th birthday. The food was outstanding—freshly prepared and full of flavour. The pasta with tomato and aubergine was hands down the best we’ve ever had. For a potato lover like me, the roast potatoes were amazingly seasoned and soooo good. We tried every dessert on the menu, and each one was exceptional. Their house-baked biscotti was a lovely treat too. Breakfast was just right—a mix of sweet items, boiled eggs, cereals, cheese, bread, coffee, and juices. It was perfect for making a quick sandwich and starting the day without needing to venture out early. Our kids especially loved the sweet options! The villa’s location also makes it easy to explore nearby towns like Montepulciano and Siena, which is just about 1 hour and 15 minutes away. This stay was everything we hoped for and more—peaceful, scenic, and full of warmth. We would return in a heartbeat.
