Located in the Umbrian countryside, La Quercetta features an outdoor pool and a panoramic terrace. The centre of Foligno is a 10-minute drive away. Awesome hotel, excellent location, adorable view. The hotel staff from the reception to the restaurant to the housekeepers is perfect. Anything I asked for I get it ASAP. The owner Francisco and his mother is a leader not a boss and all his staff is like a family. Thanks to the whole QUERCETTA family starting from the reception Giorgia,Jacomo, Eleonora & Martina. The Chefs Giovanni, Lorenzo & Elisabetta. I try all the menu plus the Chef was making always a surprise dishes and all what I can say WOWWWWW. Set in a 12th-century building in Gubbio, Nikis Resort has 2 pools, 3 bars and a restaurant. It offers free WiFi and air-conditioned accommodation with wooden-beam ceilings. From the moment we arrived we felt very welcome at Nikis’ Resort. The staff is exceptionally friendly and we could have lunch or spend some time at the pool even though our room was not ready yet (we were early). The b&b buildings and property is just “wauw”. Breath taking. Perfect to relax from busy life. The food here was amazing as they offer breakfast with so many choices (more than other b&bs in Italy typically) and it was delicious. Same goes for lunch and dinner: the chef deserves a reward! We ate the best carbonara of our lives here. Matteo, the owner of the b&b, personally made sure every guest feels at ease and you can really feel his vision coming true of what he wants the b&b to be. Always ready to help or answer questions, just as everyone else of the staff. The room was incredible, we had an upstairs bed&bathroom and kind of living room downstairs. It was beautifully renovated and really clean. We felt at home here. Also important: good mattress, which also doesn’t seem like a giving in Italy. As mentioned before, the property is gorgeous, and also serves as a wedding venue with space for people to stay. I cannot think of a more dreamy location for a wedding if you’d wanna do it abroad. Matteo and staff, you’re doing great! Keep up the good work.

Set in the heart of Orvieto in a historic building, La Magnolia is just 100 metres from the cathedral. It offers free bike rental and air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi. Location is perfect — in historical center, close to everything. Room was very clean and warm. And we were allowed to check in early. Thank you!

Surrounded by countryside at the borders of Tuscany, Umbria, and Lazio, Altarocca Wine Resort Adults Only has several buildings, rooms and welness suites. Free parking and free WiFi are available. Stunning in every level. Beautiful rooms with gorgeous scenery. Loved the olive grove. Their nice oil is a must to buy.

Hotel Duomo is just 15 steps up the stone stairway from Orvieto's majestic Gothic Cathedral. All rooms feature air conditioning, an LCD TV with DVD player, and a small table with 2 chairs. The hotel was very well-appointed and my room was very inviting and comfortable. The view of the Duomo even on a very rainy day was a bonus. The hotel is perfectly located for seeing the sites and enjoying the restaurants and shops. The breakfast was varied and delicious. I would highly recommend staying at Hotel Duomo.

Hotel Il Palazzo is set in the left wing of Palazzo Bartocci Fontana, a 16th-Century building halfway between Assisi's Basilica of Saint Francis and Piazza del Comune square. Les vistes sobre la Vall Umbra des de les golfes. L'encant d'un antic edifici internament rehabilitat i modernitzat. Fins i tot pedre's pel seu laberint de corredors i sales resultava agradable.

Set within a renovated medieval building in the heart of Orvieto, Palazzo Piccolomini is a 4-star hotel a 5-minute walk from the Cathedral. Rooms successfully mix classical design with modern... The hotel is located in the old city area, so if you are traveling with the car, better if the car is not too big, since the streets are very narrow. We stopped right in front of the hotel to offload the luggage, but then you need to drive to the covered parking 5 mins away and walk back to the hotel (also maybe 5-7 mins with elevator - so no issues). The hotel staff is very friendly and kind, gave us good advises for the restaurants and the places to visit. The hotel room was of a good size and comfortable. Location is great, as everything then is in the walking distance. We would come back to this hotel.
