They were incredibly attentive - more like family members than hosts - and they consistently went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, supported, and able to enjoy our visit to the fullest. Every detail of our stay was thoughtfully taken care of, and their readiness to help with anything we needed truly stood out. Whether it was guiding us with local tips, checking in to make sure we had everything we required, or simply sharing kind conversations, they made our time in Jordan feel personal, meaningful, and safe. Their dedication and kindness elevated our entire experience and turned a regular trip into a memorable and heartwarming journey. As we leave, we do so with the comforting feeling that we now have a home in Jordan - somewhere we can return to without hesitation and somewhere we know our friends and family would also be welcomed with the same warmth. We will definitely visit again in the future, and we will highly and gladly recommend Tell Madaba to anyone we know planning to travel to Jordan. The Mosaic City Hotel is a small and friendly hotel in the heart of Madaba, within easy walking distance of the Church of St George and the famous mosaic map of the Holy Land. English speaking. Breakfast was super nice and the overall experience was very charming

In addition there was tea and coffee. The location was perfect to walk anywhere. The owners were friendly and helpful and made us feel very comfortable. This is a full mini apartment! The kitchen area was fully stocked and there was all the necessary amenities including toilet paper, shampoo, soap, towels, etc.
