We were able to walk to almost everywhere we wanted to see in the city from the hotel. Maybe it's because we love walking, but still, the location is truly great!

This property was very modern and had the most facilities out of all the different places we have stayed at, there were plenty of supplies for us and an amazing selection of tea and coffee. I liked how they had a water purifying button on their kitchen tap allow us to switch to drinkable water. I would definitely book this home again if I were to return.

There is a train station next to the property, a Lawson convenience store one block away, and several trendy clothing stores around the corner. You can easily walk north to the buzzy Nishiki area and Oasis 21/museums, and southwest to the Osu Shotengai Shopping Street. One evening I made a reservation for the hotel’s warm pool, steam room, onsen, and sauna. It was extremely relaxing and the facilities were fantastic. They even have swim suits to borrow for free. The hotel room itself was very impressive, including a nice view of the city with floor to ceiling windows. The bathroom is spacious and featured heated floors. I will stay at this hotel again.

We traveled on a holiday and we were so happy to be able to check in early. I would like to thank the host for helping this trip be memorable for my entire family. Highly recommend this place! 😃
