It's very comfortable staying in the hotel. it's located in a very convenient location too, we walk to all the places we wanted to visit in the Aomori city.

The location and facility of ReLabo is great, and staff here are really helpful and warm. Public transportation during winter in Aomori could be challenging for visitors, and you can always get help from the hotel. I would like to express thanks for all the helpful staff, especially Araki (not entirely sure I spell the name right, she is a lovely girl with curly hair and glasses, speak perfect English), who helped us book a taxi in a very urgent situation. Our room was absolutely beautiful, you could not help but feel calm. The bathroom, in particular, was a highlight, offering a fantastic range of high-quality toiletries that you feeling incredibly pampered. Breakfast was a delightful experience. The spread was impressive, with a focus on delicious and beautifully presented local specialties. The presentation of the fruit was truly artistic. What truly set Hotel Zen apart was the exceptional service. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like honoured guests. The personalized service, exemplified by Wataru's dedication to ensuring our comfort, made our stay truly special. Wataru went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. From planning out for us a day in the Hakkoda Mountains, sending us our itinerary and all travel details to to picking us up and dropping us off at the train station when needed.

Despite the language barrier, I still feel a warm welcome and in general, a great experience if you want to try some local stuff!

This place is an absolute gem. The staff, food, location and room were all exceptional. I would recommend this ryokan to anyone wanting an exceptional ryokan experience. The onsen was also fantastic and the warmest one we came across in our month in Japan.

Tabinoyado Saikawa conta com acomodação com Wi-Fi grátis e estacionamento privativo grátis em Kuroishi. Lago Towada fica a 33 km de distância. This is the loveliest ryokan with incredibly hospitable and genuine owners. The food was beautiful. We felt very welcome and very lucky to stay there.

The hosts were very friendly and welcoming - there was also a breakfast included (which I didn't remember getting). The house was full of history and souvenirs which I'm sure the hosts are more than happy to talk to you about. There is also "sake nights" where the hosts offered us a chance to try different sakes. There is only one shower in the facility, so there is a booking system to reserve your shower slot.

Well appointed, spacious and clean apartment in a quiet neighbourhood near to the station. Everything you need is available to prepare your own meals, or do laundry or take a nice long bath. Parking is also easy as there is a spot attached to the apartment. The landlord was very responsive and helpful when we had any questions I’d have not hesitation staying there again.
