The location is very close to dogo onsen, staff was super kind and helpful, the place itself was amazing

The couple that owns the place is super nice and hospitable. The guesthouse is well located in the middle of the Shimanami Kaido just a little bit off the blue line. Everything is clean and well organized, the room was super comfortable which was much needed after a long day of cycling. Really recommend to stay here if you’re doing the cycle!

Situated just 26 km from Mishima Shrine, ゲストハウス 西村サイクル（24C） features accommodation in Izume with access to a garden, a shared lounge, as well as a shared kitchen. The host was super friendly and helped us in renting e-bikes and reservations in the very nearby restaurants. A big supermarket is also around the corner. We can definitely recommend going to Nametoko gorge. You can do this with e-bikes.

OMISHIMA SPACE Omoya has mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking, set in Imabari, 30 km from Oogamiyama Omoto Shrine. The host was very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was incredibly clean and orderly. Traditional japanese housing but at the same time had a feeling of modernity. I was impressed by the attention to detail on all amenities present in the accommodation. The bed was so comfortable. It has a perfect location for those cycling the Shimanami Kaido. Keep in mind that it is a shared house, so you will be sharing the same common spaces with others staying, although this was no issue for me. I would highly recommend Omishima Space and I hope to be back in future!

The local feeling you get. It is live living like a local, even for just one night. Lovely house to sleep if your are cycling around: it makes the perfect stop.

Incredible view and helped us with the bikes over the shimanami kaido. Food was delicious eaten looking out to ikuchi island. Wish we could have stayed another day and explored every island fully, or afforded to.

Featuring a shared lounge, restaurant and views of garden, NIPPONIA HOTEL Ozu Castle Town is set in Ōzu, 300 metres from Garyu Sanso Villa. The hotel was fantastic and made the trip to Ozu really memorable, it's really great how they've integrated into the town and made it a destination for people who might not otherwise have come.
