The couple running the place are really kind, they treated me like family. We ate together, chatted together, they told me all the best onsen and restaurants around the house. They were so kind, it’s hard to describe. The house was cleaned and functional and there are a lot of onsen and restaurants at a walking distance from there. I stayed one more day just to be around those people more. Thank you, Taku and Midori for a nice stay.

Met at the door by the host who was very responsive to messages. Great space upstairs but completely separate from hosts home on the ground floor. Very well located with easy walk to castle and other main sites. Warm, clean and with ability to prepare and share food. Would definitely stay again.
