Would definitely stay here again!

Our room was spacious and comfortable. We stayed for 2 nights so that we could have a full day of touring in Kanazawa. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. I would not hesitate to stay in this hotel again.

The first thing I have to point out is the staff at the reception: they helped us always in a very kind and polite way (to book programs, to send our luggage to Tokyo, etc). Perhaps this hotel is a relatively new one in the Tokyu Stay chain, it was very clean, and comfortable. It is also well situated: a few steps from a bus station, near to many of the main attractions, 12 min by bus from Kanazawa station. We also liked the washing machine in the room (there was also a detergent), and it was nice that free toiletries and tea were available in the lobby. I can only recommend it!
