The rooms were clean and spacious. でらさん was very nice and super helpful and gave everyone various maps and information about morioka and iwate. The kitchen is also very well equipped and the guesthouse is in a nice old part of the city.

I was so impressed by the hospitality at this place! The oweners have such a warm welcome and friendly! It's location is great to travel around temples in Hiraizumi! The facility is so clean and Japanese tatami room was so cozy! Moreover, the breakfast was so delicious!

While the hotel is not new, it is kept very clean and has a charming style. The breakfast is an experience worth traveling for in itself, with many different dishes served and a card explaining the local origin of many of the ingredients. The Japanese style room was very comfortable and a highlight of our trip.
