The staff was very helpful and nice. We had a good time. The room are basic but you have all you need. The plywood style is very trendy. The hostel have everything you need downstairs and it’s very clean.

Just a 6-minute walk from Gokaisho Art House Project and 1.1 miles from Lee Ufan Museum, Naoshima J-House features accommodations in Naoshima with a garden.

Comfortable, clean, quiet, peaceful, 5mins to town & galleries- the art house project & a bus ride to everything else. Johnny was our rescuer, picking us up in pouring rain in his van when the bus driver didn’t let us off! Thanks Johnny.🙏he is a wonderful, helpful & kind host, his English is great. We loved the tranquility of the house at night. 5 min walk to ferry.

We had a fantastic stay at yellow house. The room was spacious, clean and beds comfortable. The shower was very good too. The hosts were very helpful and kind, allowing us to leave our bags after check out and arranging transport to the port on our departure day. They also left bananas and water in the room which were appreciated! The location of the House is great - right by the water and an easy walk to the Ando Museum and Art House area, but also just half an hour walk to the Benesse / Chichu side of the island. There are also good restaurants and coffee shops / cafes short walks from the House. We had a great stay here and would really recommend staying at Yellow House!
