brand new hotel, spacious rooms, very clean, great location, close to yasaka, ninenzaka, and all other attractions near gion. eventhough there was no official breakfast, the hotel arranged free light breakfast (cereals, toast, jam, juice…). guess this was just due to recent opening

The location ia very good, in walking distance from some touristic objectives and next to several public transport alternatives. The hotel is quiet, very clean, good breakfast and offers complimentary leisure place during evening. Highly recommended!
