The staff was very friendly and helpful. Clean and big room, great amenities and location. I was very happy with the accommodation.

Amazing room and onsen. It was so relaxing! Good and varied buffet breakfast. Literally 2 minutes from the train station! There is also free ice-cream, yakult and other things according to the time of the day. I really enjoyed my stay 😎 and the panoramic view... and the massage chairs. Lots of towels and a quiet room with a proper blackout curtains situation, unlike many other places across Japan.

The hotel offers the best value for money. The room was big and nicely decorated. The staff’s attention to details was top notch. The location is 10 out of 10. The hotel is right next to Kumamoto station and in AMU shopping center. There’re many good restaurants nearby.

Situated along Tanohara River and surrounded by tranquil nature in Kurokawa Onsen hot spring area, Oku no Yu Ryokan offers charming Japanese-style accommodation and various hot spring baths. Very special place with a traditional japanese things, like onsen baths, hosting and meals! Very recommended to try this experience.

A large hotel 3 building complex just 2 minutes away from the main tourist area in what appears to be a quiet residential area. The staff were welcoming and the food was great. Plus the reservation automatically came with a private hot spring rental for 50 minutes which everyone should definitely try.

Good location with friendly staff. The breakfast selection is limited, but everything was well presented and clean. Room was clean and comfortable for 2 person.
