Large and airy room which was also nicely styled and immaculate. Great location with access from within Sendai Station itself (with an additional lift access on floor two). You don't get any more central and of course plenty of food and shopping as per Japanese main stations.

Very nice people, clean facilities, cute bar downstairs, with spacious rooms and delicious breakfast (paid). It was a very enjoyable experience. Please do mind that most activity plays at the other part of Matsushima, which is about half an hour walking.

Tokinenoyado Yunushi Ichijoh is situated in the Kamasaki Onsen district in Shiroishi, a 15-minute drive from Shiroishi Station and Shiroishi-Zao Station. The staff were incredibly accommodating, their care and attention made our visit relaxed and joyful, the Kaiseki was excellent and well balanced, showcasing local delicacies and providing an excellent view into tradition. Being able to use the Onsen with a tattoo and not having to cover it up was a pleasant surprise, the Onsen was excellent and very clean (I only used the outside pool). We were picked up by their free shuttle bus at the Shinkansen station and dropped off as well. We have to thank all of the staff, but a special mention should be given to Meguro, who took great care of us.

Really a wonderful place. I actually decided to stay in Sendai for another day because the guesthouse was so lovely. The guesthouse is nice and cozy, but the staff, the guest, and the general atmosphere were incredible. Everybody was so lovely and friendly. The location is not very interesting, But it's about 15-20 mins from Sendai Station (10 mins train and 6 mins walk), and it totally worth it. Highly recommend.
