What an amazing hotel this is! For a hotel with over 100 rooms this place always felt quiet and calm. The room was compact, but had everything I needed. Loved the dressing area separate from the bedroom, enabling me to keep all my messy luggage out of view. The onsen on the room with a small open air pool was great to be able to sit in the water with snow falling around me. Breakfast was busy, but it was fantastic. A large selection available and it was all delicious. Friendly and welcoming staff were always present. A short walk to the Shinkansen station and many shops / restaurants nearby.

Everything was perfect, the room is simple but very nice, the shower area clean and spacious, you can have access to a kitchen and common room space. The staff was really nice, even helped me call my next accommodation to solve a problem, and the café seemed lovely. I would have stayed another night in Matsushima for the hostel. It's also very close to the station and I walked easily to the marina bay and the temple.

It was absolutely exceptional, from the food, to the staff, to the service and hot springs, everything was simply immaculate. You cannot get any better than this.

Onsen muito agradável. Hotel bonito e muito bem decorado. Jantar (fizemos meia-pensão) delicioso - o melhor da cultura gastronómica japonesa, seja no sabor, seja na apresentação.
