Perfect, low price. It was in March so not many people, I got the room for myself. The nice owner let me put my bike in a storage room.

From the moment I arrived, Emi made me feel at home, with her warm and kind energy. Her husband Soku is a great surfing teacher and a kind man. The hostel is very homey, clean, comfortable and you can use their bicycles for exploring the area. I stayed for 3 nights and wish I could have stayed longer, they made me feel like part of the family ❤️ I will definitely come back again!

Guesthouse EL CAMPO localiza-se em Gokase, a 47 km de Monte Aso, e fornece acomodações com um bar e estacionamento privado gratuito. Os hóspedes podem desfrutar de vistas da montanha. I only stayed the one night at El Campo because I was just passing through. My stand alone cabin was spacious, with futon upstairs and kitchenette, bathroom, dining space downstairs. There was a small incident re damage to my rental car by another guest which required police involvement for insurance purposes. I was very thankful that the manager noticed what was happening and came and assisted. He very kindly spoke to the rental agency and the police on my behalf. Which I found very relieving because the language barrier can be really challenging especially in stressful situations. Thank you very much!

Le Lodge Mimitsu situa-se a 29 km de Totoro-kō e dispõe de um jardim, um terraço e acomodações com ar condicionado, varanda e acesso Wi-Fi gratuito. Absolutely amazing location, property and staff. Sono and yuri were fantastic and made sure we were very comfortable. We booked an extra night cause we loved it so much. I recommend renting a car as it’s difficult to explore the area without one. Highly recommend.

Em Miyazaki, a cerca de 17 minutos a pé de Cape Iruka, The Little Garden fornece um jardim, quartos não fumador, acesso Wi-Fi gratuito e um salão partilhado. This place was amazing! From the staff who checked us in, to the views. We have been travelling around Japan for a month and this place had the comfy-est bed. It was so cozy and the veiw was amazing. We stayed in room 201 I believe. We got our own toilet and sink but shared shower. Such a good stay for $80 AUD.

Inaugurada em Abril de 2014, após uma remodelação total, esta ryokan apresenta quartos espaçosos rodeados por montanhas tranquilas. Kamigakure is a real treat to stay in and was one of the highlights of our holiday in Japan. The room is incredibly spacious, well equipped with everything you could possibly need. There were thoughtful touches throughout like local sweets each day and drinks in the fridge to keep you hydrated whilst using the private bath and sauna. Our room also had a projector and screen, which could be watched from bed and was a real treat when unwinding in the evening. The breakfast and dinner each day were exceptional using local fresh produce. I liked that there was a menu before eating, which told you everything you would receive during the meal. The portion sizes were also perfect for us. Not too much and not too little. Location to the gorge is perfect and was within walking distance (15-20 minutes) with Takachiho Shrine on the way. Also, recommend trying Marumoku Coffee in the village (check his opening times on Instagram first as they vary day to day). Would also recommend the karaage restaurant across the road from Takachiho Shrine. Both excellent. The staff were a real pleasure and asset to Kamigakure. Very welcoming and couldn't do more to help you have a comfortable stay. I would definitely stay here again and it has given me fond memories of my trip that I'll always remember. Could not recommend more.

Ryokan Shinsen localiza-se em Takachiho, a 6 minutos a pé de Takachiho Shrine e a 1,8 km de Reserva Natural Takachiho Gorge. This was our favorite place in Kyushu. It is small and the attention to every detail is exceptional. The decor from the wallpapers to the tiles, and from the design of the onsen to the gardens are impeccable. The meals were also excellent. The hospitality of the staff, in particular Kumi-San and Megumi-San, was also a highlight.

Com acesso Wi-Fi gratuito e estacionamento privado gratuito, The triangle hub Miyazaki localiza-se em Miyazaki, apenas a cerca de 17 minutos a pé de Estação Ferroviária de Miyazaki. This is the best apartment that I have stayed in my 2-week vacation in Kyushu. Unfortunately, we only stayed 1 night (original was 2 nights) as our flight from Yakushima island was cancelled due to bad weather. Rather than flying, we took the Toppy jetfoil. Host was kind enough to adjust our stay from 2 nights to 1 night. This place has everything and better amenities/facilities than hotels. Very good experience.
