Fuji Gran Villa - TOKI - is set in Fujiyoshida, 4.7 km from Lake Kawaguchi, 22 km from Mount Fuji, as well as 2.9 km from Oshijuutaku Togawa and Osano’s House. With a breathtaking view of Mount Fuji on our private rooftop terrace, we spent most of our time up there. You get a panoramic view of the entire mountain. The villa itself was big, clean and well equiped. Even came with it's private cinema. We were only two people, but this would be absolutely perfect for larger groups as well. Free parking by reception.

Thank you so much for providing both pickup and drop-off! The owner was incredibly kind and friendly. Even though I went alone, I was able to enjoy the BBQ for 5,000 yen, and I bought some firewood separately to stay warm. The breakfast and BBQ prepared by the staff were both delicious! I visited in late October, and it was a bit chilly at night. There was a kerosene heater, but I think I set the timer wrong—it kept turning off every 10 minutes. Also, there was a slight kerosene smell. But the view was absolutely amazing, the accommodation was adorable and beautifully decorated, and the bedding was clean and comfortable. Sharing a restroom wasn’t a problem either. It would be nice to have rubber gloves for washing dishes! All the staff were very kind and helpful. If I visit Fuji again, I’ll definitely come back here and recommend this place to my friends.

Extremely clean and cozy, with views of Mt Fuji right from the common space windows. The location is great -- you are right on the lake, making it very easy to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The host is also the nicest and picked me up from the bus station (even after my arrival time was delayed!). I only stayed 1 night but would love to come back

We were super lucky with the weather and got the most beautiful view of Mt Fuji from our balcony. The bathtub overlooking the lake and Mt Fuji is an absolute must!

Wafu Guesthouse Kashiwaya is located a 5-minute walk from Kawaguchiko Station and a 7-minute drive from Kawaguchiko Interchange on the Chuo Expressway. Everything. Cozy stay, the staff who run the guesthouse are extremely kind, location is 4 min walk from the station.

Kagelow Mt.Fuji Hostel Kawaguchiko has been newly renovated in September 2015. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. There are shared bathrooms on the ground floor, and Mt. The room is comfortable and clean. It really has a great view of the Mount Fuji. The restaurant in the same premise offers great food options too. The staffs are polite and can converse in English. There is a drug store within 5 mins walking distance too.

Located a 5-minute stroll from Shimoyoshida Station, Hostel & Salon Saruya offers a renovated 80-year old Japanese-style accommodation with free WiFi. Overall the property was amazing. Very cozy. Very clean. It exceeded my expectations. The staff was also extremely lovely and gave us recommendations. Highly recommend the breakfast in their cafe it was the perfect way to start our day.
