Very clean, friendly and welcoming staff were a highlight of Nara for us. Some travellers to chat with in the well furnished kitchen and common room downstairs. Right next to Nara train station. Nice walk to Nara park from the property past many restaurants and stores. Glad I stayed in here in Nara rather than doing a day trip.

Onyado Nono Nara Natural Hot Spring sijaitsee Narassa, vain 3 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä JR Naran asemalta. Asiakkaat pääsevät kylpemään paikan päällä luonnollisen kuuman lähteen vedessä. The staff was very helpful, the massage chair is just out of this world and the onsen was really nice.

The Nara Visitor Center and Inn is situated in the heart of Nara, just a 3-minute walk from Kofuku-ji Temple and Naramachi. The person who had the idea of creating a hotel in the visitor center is a genius. The staff is really nice, the room is big and has an amazing view, all services in the same place (even an onsen and a convenience store), beautiful and comfortable jinbei (unfortunately, I have forgot to ask where to buy one similar), many activities, and close to the main attractions. Perfect place to stay.

It’s a very traditional Japanese style, startup at 1899 which has over 125 years history. The interior was revamped, we enjoy the peaceful and friendly service from the staffs. Hotel’s location is excellent, next to the entrance of the Nara Park. They also offer a traditional Japanese Mocha Tea, in a tea room as a welcome drink, we love it very much. You can request in room massage service, there are 40mins / 60mins two options. The price is reasonable.

Located within 7.2 km of Iwafune Shrine and 10 km of Nozaki Kannon Shrine, Shionome house provides rooms with air conditioning and a shared bathroom in Ikoma. A great stay near Ikoma station, it has a beautiful garden, and the owner helped with a great breakfast.

Very quiet location in a smaller town. The common area was great. Shogo had some great recommendations for places to eat and an onsen two minutes away.
