Staff were really helpful and friendly, especially with children. Rooms were very comfortable and location was superb for getting around. Onsen was a fantastic way to unwind as well as the lobby bar. The ski lockers were really handy for getting on and off the slopes with easy access to our car. The convenience shop was a nice touch too

Second time in this hotel, was not at all planning that but was very lucky to have snow and skiing field nearby just opened! Hotel provides all the necessary equipment and facilities and staff were absolutely helpful (they looked so happy)! Loved also the ofuro: clean, private and tranquil, best after skiing. They have underground parking (makes driving in winter convenient), nice choices of restaurants, and a convenient shop just cross the street: basically everything you need. Now have to plan for the third time.

Great place for niseko. Great view. Nice and very friendly staff. They came to take us by their private cars when we got stuck without a taxi. Very clean big rooms.

We love the ski in and ski out feature of this hotel, we love the ability to be able to cook and wash if required but have full hotel services as well.

We stay at 2 bedroom suite and unit is well equipped and spacious. I am surprise it have Miele kitchen appliances. All rooms have full height windows looking at the amazing ski slope and Mt Yotei. And it has openable windows on the side to allow fresh air if you want to. The best feature I think is the bathrooms floor heating most.

Miru Niseko, is located an 8-minute drive from Niseko Mt. Resort Grand Hirafu and Niseko Village Ski Resort.

The place is very calm with mt.yotei view in front. I'm lucky enough to get the room with window facing directly to the mountain view. The room is spacious and comfy. Highly recommend this place for stay.
