The room was so spacious and comfortable. We loved our stay at miru! The staff was also incredible, they were patient with us while we stressed over our luggage delivery delay due to the recent earthquake. Staff helped us track our luggage and kept us up to date on when it would arrive and was very helpful. Overall it was probably one of the best stays we had in japan.

The best hotel in niseko area. Super good location just only one 1.5 km. from Grand Hirafu ski area. And also reasonable price.

It was thoughtfully laid out for skiing holidays and had thoughtful staff.

1. The staff - impeccable hospitality. As a solo female traveller who was experiencing snow, skiing, freezing weather, etc., for the first time - the easy to approach and friendly staff were the main reason why my mind was at ease. Also, I left my iPad at the hostel and checked out, the team was so easy to contact and they made sure to pack it safely and send it to me (so grateful). 2. The dinner - I got a package where dinner was included and that’s the best decision I’ve made! At the end of skiing everyday I knew I had a great dinner to look forward to. 3. Cleanliness - despite being a shared space with so many people coming and going, it was very clean and comfortable.

Steve and Co. at the Owashi were wonderful hosts for my stay in Niseko. Very attentive crew willing to help you resolve a wide array of problems you may experience. I cant fault anything from the Owashi team, except maybe the live musician. Voice could do with some work

Lovely spacious room, great location

Excellent breakfast, beautiful onsen and amazing proximity to Gran Hirafu right outside the ski valet. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Staff was excellent - very friendly and always helpful. Our entire stay was extremely relaxing and peaceful.

Very nice and friendly place and owner. Fully equiped kitchen. Everything was tidy and Clean. Great oppportunity to meet other travellers from all over the world. Nearby train & Bus Station, Supermarket and Restaurants.

One of the best hostel I’ve ever stayed at! The atmosphere is absolutely amazing, and the location truly can’t be beaten. I met so many wonderful people during my stay, which made the experience even more memorable. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and always go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Great value for money. Single rooms with locks on the doors. Very clean shared facilities and very kind and helpful staff. Kettle, fridge, freezer and hair dryer provided in the room

Close to the slopes, very kind host, fast response. Spacious kitchen, has all the essential cooking utensils.
