Conveniently located near the train station. Highway bus stop to Kumamoto/Yufuin is also beside the hotel. Hotel has 8 private onsen and a public onsen. There is unlimited free serving of ice-cream and Yakult drink outside the resting area of onsen. Also serve free simple ramen for supper. The Family Room is separated into 2 rooms, each with own TV and air-con, and shared toilet. Free coffee machine and microwave are available beside hotel lobby. There are also washing machine and drier. Shoes are not allowed in hotel (similar to other onsen hotel) and is stored downstairs locker. Beppu Tokiwa shopping center is withing walking distance. Hotel staff is very friendly and able to converse in English.

This place is best of the best for our trip. Room is huge compare the cost that we spend. So convenience, walkable from Beppu station and able to walk to Donki so close. Staff is so nice and provide a good guidance for us and also very good English. We very impress to stay here. Definitely will come back next time.

Set in Yufu, 48 km from Crasus Dome Oita, Ryokan Yamanami features accommodation with a sauna, a hot spring bath and spa facilities. Everything. From the very kind and friendly stuff, to the breakfast, and the cleanliness and relaxing facilities. I ended up staying for 4 days and it was the best hotel in the long few months trip in Japan. I'll definitely come back 🤍

BeppuOnsen Hotel Sansenkaku, a property with an open-air bath, is situated in Beppu, 20 km from Crasus Dome Oita, 700 metres from Beppu Station, as well as 12 km from Oita Station. The hotel lobby is beautiful and cheerful. The front desk staff changed the channel on the lobby wide screen television, so we could watch the American World Series! They also let us know the channel to access the game on our room televisions. The rooms were small but enough for us to relax in and with a view of the ocean. Breakfast was exceptional and we enjoyed some of the daring combinations.

Google Maps ohjasi meitä majapaikkaan sivukatuja pitkin, mukavampi reitti matkalaukkujen kanssa olisi ollut pääkatua pitkin. Huone oli tilava ja moderni. Keittiövälineet aamiaista varten oli riittävä. Aamiaistarpeita kannattaa ostaa ison ostoskeskuksen alakerrasta. Sängyt olivat leveät ja mukavat. Huoneemme oli sisäänkäynnin vieressä, mutta onneksi yöt olivat rauhallisia. Rautatieaseman takaa lähtevät bussit mm. Beppu Jigoku kuumien lähteiden kylään. Otimme mukaan kylpypyyhkeet ja onnistuimme varaamaan yksityisen kylvyn Onsenissa.

Situated in Yufu, 44 km from Crasus Dome Oita, Bessou Konjakuan features accommodation with a garden, free private parking and a restaurant. Dinner and breakfast was fantastic. Having our own private onsen was delightful.

Located in Beppu, 20 km from Crasus Dome Oita and 600 metres from Beppu Station, U&T House offers air conditioning. This apartment provides free private parking, full-day security and free WiFi. Plenty of space, multiple bedrooms, full sized kitchen and dining area. Very good price (mid June). Well lit, very clean. Walking distance to many places.

Set in Beppu and only 24 km from Crasus Dome Oita, 徳の宿 ふぶ庵 offers accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. Never have I ever seen a 2 storey villa with 2 onsens in Japan - it was so relaxing !! Only downside is that it’s far from the main town area - better with a car!

5.3 km from Beppu Station in Beppu, 日本旅館 器 別府鉄輪 nihonryokan utsuwa beppukannnawa features accommodation with access to a hot spring bath, spa facilities and public bath. The private onsen rooms were amazing. Our room had 2 private (one indoor and one outdoor onsen) plus the main bath house. Staff is amazing and so friendly.
