Wafu Guesthouse Kashiwaya is located a 5-minute walk from Kawaguchiko Station and a 7-minute drive from Kawaguchiko Interchange on the Chuo Expressway. After several days in impersonal Tokyo hotels, this lovely guesthouse was so restorative. The staff is wonderful - always friendly and welcoming. The room is cosy and nice. Location is excellent. The shabu-shabu dinner that can be ordered for an extra fee was really good, and a great experience.

Ubicació ideal, molt a prop de l’estació i al carrer principal. Des de la cantonada de l’hotel es fa la famosa foto amb vistes al Fuji. Tenen lloguer de bicis per 500 yens tot el dia, cosa que et permet mouret rapidament fins el parc d’atraccions i fer la volta al lllac. Molt net, habitació triple molt espaiosa, espais comuns amb tot el necesari, cuidat al detall i molt net. Personal encantador, vam poder deixar les maletes abans d’hora i quan vam tornar de fer un tomb ens les havien pujat a l’habitació. Llàstima que només va ser una nit, repetiria sens dubte.
