It is a really nice place to stay, one of the nicest places I have stayed at in 2 1/2 years of traveling. It is far off the main road so very peaceful and quiet with a beautiful green yard filled with trees and plants. The owner Eugene is welcoming and friendly and will make you laugh the whole time you are there. The rooms are modern and very comfortable with great AC and hot water. I had some of the best sleep of my long trip here.

The hosts were so helpful and made us feel very welcome in their home. Everything is clean and modern. The place is conveniently located to the centre of kampot , so you can walk or take a tuk tuk . The hosts also can arrange hire of a scooter should you need one. Really comfortable stay , can recommend !

There was a nice balcony overlooking the river. It was so peaceful! The owner was nice and accommodating. She made sure we had everything we needed. They also served us fresh ripped mango from the garden. They also let us canoe on the river for free. We booked a room with a fan and it was enough, it was breezy. Worth the money.
