His dedication and professionalism were remarkable, and I deeply thank him for making my time in Phnom Penh so smooth and enjoyable. At the same time, the entire team deserves praise. Ratanak, Dennie, and everyone else I met at the hotel were equally wonderful friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. On top of the amazing service, the hotel surprised me with a free upgrade to a superior room, which made my stay even more comfortable. The facilities are excellent: a beautiful rooftop pool, a generous breakfast with an unforgettable view over Phnom Penh, and a location that couldn’t be more convenient. To me, this is by far the best hotel in Phnom Penh, and I would recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and true hospitality.
