Situated in Koh Rong Island, just 200 metres from Sok San Beach, Golden Beach Resort features beachfront accommodation with a private beach area, water sports facilities, an outdoor swimming pool and... everything. we considered anaya resort first which was double the price. we went with golden beach and it had far better beach and the most lovely staff. the room was perfect and the entire stay was amazing.

I really loved the smell when I first entered my room and I was able to check in at 10am which is nice. Pool is large and water is perfect temperature, staff also carried all of my bags all the way to the pier which is a lifesaver because there are no roads it’s just sand everywhere. Plenty of sunbeds to use so you never have to fight for one and wifi works well.

The Beach Resort has a garden, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Koh Rong Island. With free bikes, the 4-star resort has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. The Beach Resort accommodation is absolutely stunning, with rooms located with the beach in sight, making it incredibly easy to relax and enjoy the ocean views throughout the day. We also loved the access to multiple beautiful swimming pools, which gave plenty of options to unwind at any time. The staff deserve special mention — everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. On top of all this, the resort offers exceptional value for money considering the location, facilities, and overall experience. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beachfront escape in Koh Rong.

Situated in Koh Rong Island, Rafikis offers beachfront accommodation a few steps from Coconut Beach and features various facilities, such as a fitness centre, a private beach area and a bar. The place is magical! Directly on the beach. You can see the sea from your bed and hear its wave at night gently put you to sleep. Liam and Perry were really welcoming, and made the place feel like home. The food was exceptionally great. Perry was so kind as to show me around the island, and we had lovely discussions around a game of chess. The place is cheerful, lighten up by the good vibes, the music, the dogs playing around. It’s one of the nicest experience I’ve had, and my only regret is that it was so short.

Ankounamatata features accommodation in Koh Rong Island. At the hostel, all rooms include a desk and a terrace with a sea view. Incredible hostel. Huge dorm room with an incredible view to wake up to every morning. Place is super clean. Clean bathrooms and showers (with Hot Water). The host is one of the nicest people you will meet. So helpful and always happy. Sok San Village is also very chill and so relaxing if you want an escape from busier parts of the island. You can also rent fishing, SUP and snorkelling equipment and book tours with the host. Note: Really need a scooter to properly enjoy the Island which you can rent from the hostel.

Set in Koh Rong Island, 100 metres from Lonely Beach, Lily's Beach Bungalows offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a restaurant and a bar. The bungalows are new and clean and right on the beach. The beach and location is so incredibly beautiful with amazing sunsets! It also seems to be more protected from the wind than most other beaches on the island. Some days it was very quiet, some days it was a little busier with visitors but still very quiet. At night time there’s only a few people there. It’s really a lovely place tucked away, you won’t find much entertainment but if you’re looking to relax and enjoy the sounds of the ocean then this is the place. We really enjoyed the food! If you’re staying somewhere remote it’s important to have easy access to nice food. The owners are very nice and accommodating and the volunteer Rapha brought a lot of warmth and personality to Lily’s.

Amor Resort Koh Rong is set in Koh Rong Island, a few steps from Coconut Beach, and has a garden, a terrace and a bar. Me and my girlfriend liked everything about it. Mael and the rest of the staff were exceptional. Very informative on what to do and eat on the island. The food was amazing and had good options despite a few menu items being unavailable. Need to rent a scooter/tuk tuk to find more food options as the hotel is on a quieter beach. But the food was so good that this wasnt a concern. We also did the private snorkeling and fishing tour on a cool cambodian boat and went swiming with the bioluminescant plankton. SO COOL! Was very cool and conveniant taking the speedboat directly from the port to the peir at the hotel.
