Great location and the hotel is very clean and well kept. All of the staff were helpful and always smiling especially Bovor at the front desk. She took care of me and all of my needs. The room was so clean and the shower had hot water. The bar cocktails were amazing!

I don’t have enough words to express how amazing our stay was, especially because of the lovely staff. We planned to stay for 4 days but ended up staying for 6. The bed was super comfortable and we slept so well. Breakfast offered plenty of delicious choices, and the hotel restaurant served excellent food. Cocktails during happy hour were a highlight, and afternoon tea with different local desserts each day was such a thoughtful touch. We loved the tree planting activity. We planted a cannonball tree and we are already planning to come back in a few years to see it grown! The in-room massage was incredibly relaxing. And all of that would already make for a wonderful stay, but the staff truly made it unforgettable. So warm, kind, and proud of their work. It didn’t feel like they were just employees, it felt like they were truly a family, and we were welcomed into it. It filled my heart. This place is a gem, we felt cared for, relaxed, and connected. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts and see you again soon!

Nunca fui tão bem tratada em um resort! Funcionária Lila super prestativa, fez todas as nossas reservas em passeios. Tuk tuk disponível para levar e buscar no centro. Instalações modernas, tudo muito limpo, cama enorme e macia, travesseiros ótimos. Hotel lindo emociona na chegada com os Budas e flores de lótus! Na última noite nos ofereceram jantar cortesia (comida típica) e presentes ( lenços típicos da Cambodia).

Two Seasons Siem Reap Hotel in Siem Reap offers a 5-star experience with a rooftop swimming pool, spa facilities, sun terrace, and lush gardens. One of the best hotels I stayed at during my trip through Southeast Asia. The room looks exactly like the photos. The staff is exceptionally kind and helpful and, above all, genuinely welcoming. The hotel offers a convenient taxi service to and from the airport, which is a huge plus given the distance between Siem Reap and the new airport. The food at the hotel is simply delicious. As someone who has tasted a wide variety of cuisines in all kinds of places, I can confidently say that the Cambodian fried rice and fish amok are spectacular. The hotel's location is ideal, situated close to both the night market and the riverside night market. While there are many dining options near the hotel, I have to say that considering the quality, price, and taste, the hotel's food and beverages are outstanding. The lobby staff have answers to every question you might have during your stay and offer excellent recommendations for everything. My only regret is not staying longer. I will definitely return!

Quando chegamos, os funcionários foram muito atenciosos em perguntar nossa programação de passeios, e sabendo que no dia da nossa visita à Angkor Wat, tínhamos que sair às 4:30 da manhã, prepararam um cesto de café da manhã para levarmos.
