Clean room and facilites, a nice kitchen where we could hang out and very yummy coffee and cinnamon bun included in the price at the Cinnabun Café on the first floor. Traveled with a friend group and we all loved it. Fish market right in front of the hostel with so fresh and good fish! Bus stop to Seoraksan National Park right outside the hostel. The owner had a feast in the kitchen and invited us to eat and drink with them, so lovely and good! Had a great time. Would love to come back to the hostel, and Sokcho was amazing. :)

This is a wonderful accommodation option for a few nights. The studio unit fronts overlooks the beach, and as such, receives direct morning sun. The unit is fully equipped for a long stay, with great toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner) and both a washing machine and dryer. The kitchenette is small, but functional, with limited utensils, and a full fridge/freezer. With the location being beach-front, you have direct access to a range of restaurants (best of all is Hollys Cafe, which serves breakfast/lunch/dinner starting at 8am). There is an electric bike station just metres from the front door, however, if you want normal bikes, the nearest option is one of the rental agencies 2km away at the inland lake (which is a great place to bike around as it is closed to traffic). We loved our time here, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it for anyone wanting a quality stay!

I have lived in Korea for 20 years and this is the first pension to live up to what it offers. The interior and exterior were so clean. The garden area is so well kept. The owners are extremely helpful, friendly. To be honest went beyond. I think that the price is also very attractive. It is truly a ‘little Switzerland’ if anyone has been to Switzerland. If you want some action there are sufficient things to do and then come back to have a great barbecue in a beautiful setting. The view of the mountain is soothing. I loved the quietness of Heidi K.
