Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony, DODAND Studio & Sunset Riverside Guesthouse is located in Don Det. Amazing place to stay, really good size room, which was clean & comfy. The balcony with the hammock was a really nice place to chill in the evenings and watch the sunset. The hosts were lovely and we felt very welcome. They offer a free tuktuk service to the ferry area and there are also bikes available to rent during your stay. Highly recommend staying here!

Two cats in the lobby are just very relaxed. Great beds with thick bedding and a great airco. Marvelous combination :-). I cannot think about anything bad. Really recommendable!

Boasting inner courtyard views, Bolaven trail guesthouse offers accommodation with terrace, around 700 metres from Wat Luang. The hosts Xavier and his wife were very helpful and pleasant. He organised my trip down to Don Det. The guesthouse was in a quiet area. I slept very well there.

Very clean and quiet with well-equipped rooms, comfortable bed and great views from our balcony overlooking the Mekong. The food at the restaurant was good and the hosts were very helpful. There are free bicycles for guests or you can rent scooters and motorcycles.

Set in Pakse and with Wat Luang reachable within 300 metres, Sanga Hostel offers express check-in and check-out, non-smoking rooms, a restaurant, free WiFi and a bar. We had an amazing time staying at this hostel, receiving a very warm and friendly welcome from the receptionist. She helped us plan our activities within Pakse, got a motorbike hire for us, and all round was just a lovely person. Would definitely stay here again. One of the best hostels we have stayed in. The facilities were also very good. Clean throughout and a hot shower.

Don Som Riverside Guesthouse has a garden, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Don Som. Boasting a tour desk, this property also provides guests with a children's playground. Amazing location, as this is the only guesthouse on the island. You can rent a scooter and go around the island, while locals are waving at you. The hosts Tanoi and Sander are the kindest, helping our every way possible and made my stay very special and welcoming. In the evening most of the guests have dinner there, when we could chat and I’ve made some good friends. And in the morning I’ve seen one of the most beautiful sunrises from the bungalow on the river, so I can recommend staying here 100%
