Room was spacious with air con in both bedrooms. Room was very clean and had all amenities you would need except for a refrigerator. Location is great. Plenty of restuarants right down the street as well as some small mini marts. We used this as a base before we went to Don Det. You can set up motorbike rental to go to the waterfalls and giant Buddha. We didn't on property but the food looked and smelled great. Hosts were very kind and made sure we were well taken care of.

Tip: rent a bike in don det and spend at least 3 nights there. Bring some school supplies for children if you can :)
