This resort was a wonderful experience. The owner Henry and the manager Dee were the kindest, most helpful and caring people, especially since we showed up without luggage, which didn't show up until day 5 after our arrival in Bangkok. Upon arrival, Henry took us shopping and even out for lunch. I've never met a hotel owner like him and am glad he is a light in this world! This resort is in a wonderful location, along the Melong River. Each room is actually a little house, made from old houses. My husband said the extra little adjoining room with another bed was a glam doghouse! It could also be a writing room or a bed for a third person lol. The resort will arrange a complimentary rickshaw whenever you want to go into town. The night market is great! Breakfasts were amazing and accommodated my vegetarian gluten-free diet, with lots of fruit, the best bread ever (so says my husband), cheese, cereals, juices, and a different cooked to order main each day. The pool was clean and "almost" 25 metres long! We took the Mekong River tour and also the waterfalls tour. Both were excellent! If you have an opportunity, stay here! You won't regret it!

Located by the Nam Khan River, My Dream Boutique Resort offers non-smoking rooms with a private balcony. Guests can enjoy meals at the open-air restaurant on site. It was fantastic. Staff were very friendly, rooms comfortable, the view were breathtaking and offered free shuttle to city center. Highly recommended

The property is beautiful and relaxing, it looks like a hotel resort than a hostel, the rooms are big, clean and tidy and is a swimming pool and restaurant bar area. They only have one toilet in the room but they have many outside if that one is occupied. They have tours, laundry service and motorbike for rent. I booked the Nongkiaw trip for 3days and 2 nights with them, it was excellent.

The Jam Boutique Hotel is a lovely little property in Luang Prabang that offers a truly luxurious experience at a budget-friendly price. We stayed in one of the sleek villas by the lotus pond, with a private outdoor bathtub in the lush yard. Waking up to the sights and sounds of nature every morning was such a treat. It was also the perfect spot to relax after our daily excursions in Luang Prabang. Its proximity to the night market and local restaurants makes it an excellent base for exploring the city. The staff are incredibly kind and always happy to help. We really enjoyed the free bicycles available to explore the streets of Luang Prabang. We also rented a scooter from the property for a ride to the waterfall, which was a fantastic experience. The property itself is incredibly beautiful, with a very relaxing pool that's open untill 11pm, making it perfect for a late night swim. It is beautifully appointed, has well-maintained rooms and serves up a wholesome, hearty breakfast that set us up perfectly for the day. Moreover, it’s an incredibly peaceful and quiet spot — soaking in the clear, crisp Luang Prabang air, with its clean, unpolluted atmosphere and bright blue skies, makes it even more special.

This is a lovely hotel with truly lovely staff. We come almost every year, and it always feels like coming home. Mark at the front desk was awesome extremely helpful, friendly, and always gracious. He made our stay even more special. We look forward to coming back again!
