Set amongst the scenic landscapes of tea plantation, 2 km from Nuwara Eliya city, and the property is equipped with a heated indoor swimming pool along with a picturesque view of Bambarakelle Mountain... Great facilities - lovely pool and nice spa. Excellent breakfast and dinner buffets. Very welcoming staff - Senira hosted us for all three meals and was excellent. We were constantly checked in on and very well looked after by the Manager and his team. They also provided an excellent takeaway breakfast for us when we wanted to go hiking.

The hotel is in a gorgeous building with a lovely feel to it. The bedroom was very comfy and the shower was fantastic. Location is good, about 15 minutes walk to the centre but within only a few minutes of the lake. There is a lovely cafe within the hotel also. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good value for money.

This is a unique property, fairly newly built and solid in construction, set in an off the track property adjoining a tea estate. It’s a great escape from the monotony of a hotel and in a town like Nuwara Eliya it’s perfect for a family to relax in. There is plenty of room with the best part being the attentive of the hosts. Nothing is a problem and any issue is fixed straight away. We arrived in terrible weather and he helped get dinner for us. We were sad we missed the sun! We did wake up to watching many people working on the estate outside

We recently had the pleasure of staying at S and D homestay in Nuwara Eliya and it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the friendly and helpful owner and his amazing family, who ensured a warm welcome and served for us delicious lunch (the dining experience was truly a delight). One of the highlights of this homestay is its’ beautiful view from the terrace: you can sea the Lovers Leap waterfall and tea plantations (walking distance). The room is spacious and cosy, even with the patchwork rug on the floor. There’s also a nice common living room. Overall, our stay at S and D Homestay was exceptional. The combination of the hospitable family, delightful meals, beautiful view and the refreshing cool air made it a remarkable experience.

The Loris Manor localiza-se em Nuwara Eliya, a 2,1 km de Lago Gregory e a 8,9 km de Hakgala Botanical Garden. Tal como nas fotografias. Espaço muito acolhedor com jardim e sala , espaços comuns agradáveis. Desconto num restaurante Themparadu (recomendo). Funcionário muito prestável e atencioso.

The place is an amazing victorian house very near to the city center. It had everything to make a confortable good stay, plus the house is amazingly decorated in and outside. From the first day, the attention by Madusanka was outstanding and he has been very helpful with us. Totally would recommend to come to this place.
