My favorite thing here is the owner. LESLIE, goes beyond to make you feel at home. He has insider tips, great storys, checks in with you all the time to make sure your experience is fantastic. Such a great place to stay. I highly recommend it. Its away from the hustle and bustle of the city but only 5 min drive to the city centre perfect.

Very hospitable hosts, a very clean room, and a delicious, generous breakfast and perfect view. They were always helpful and also assisted us with transfers. Highly recommended.

Well located in Kandy, BYLAKE Kandy provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and free private parking. This 3-star hotel offers a garden. The most outstanding asset of this hotel is its stuffs and their service. Mr. Bathiya and other stuffs were really attentive and helpful. When I asked about the opening hours of the museum before my departure for Sri Lanka, he even took the labour of visiting the museum in person and found out it was open on Sundays. He said the museum did not answer his call. They also advised me to dine not at a fancy and touristy restaurant but at a good restaurant frequented by local people. I could enjoy delicious local food eating among the local people. Also, I accidentally left some medicines in the room when I checked out, and Mr. Bathiya have them delivered to my next accommodation without any charge. This is an incredible show of hospitality. The location is good also. The hotel is in a quiet residential area near the lake and it is only about 10 to 15 minutes to the town centre. The room and linens were of course very clean.
